Work with your local Voluntary Engagement Team (VET)

VET is a collective of VCSE organisations working together with a specific focus on developing and delivering health, care, and wellbeing services in Lincolnshire working with partner agencies.  VET is going through an unprecedented and exciting time of growth and development.  To support this development, we are recruiting to 2 key roles for the development and delivery of:

  • Communications and Marketing of VET – raising VET’s profile nationally, regionally, and locally.
  • Engagement – widening the VET membership in Lincolnshire working with Countywide, regional, and community-based organisations.
  • Digital Development – working with Help My Street & Social RX and developing a new VET website.
  • Lincolnshire Volunteers – supporting/working with lead partner agencies to develop and deliver a volunteer strategy through a partnership agreement arrangement.

For the Project Development Manager post applicants will have excellent project management & delivery skills; highly developed communication and engagement skills; an ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships across a broad range of partnerships in the VCSE & Statutory sectors.  Applicants should also hold a degree level [L6] qualification and have over 3 years’ experience in health, care, and wellbeing services either in the VCSE or statutory sectors.

For the Project Support Officer applicants will have excellent communication, inter-personal and IT skills, with an ability to work independently and have a supportive and ‘can-do’ approach. This post is available on either a full-time, part-time or job share basis.
