Insight and Data Manager

£25,419 – £27,514 plus 6% employer pension contribution

Permanent contract subject to annual funding

 Do you have experience managing and developing high quality data and insight to inform and shape strategic development? Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Services (LCVS) are looking to recruit a Insight and Data Manager to drive us forward in this key area.

Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) are moving into a new and dynamic phase of development that will drive the business forward on an evidence based and insight driven approach to service delivery and strategy. In order to do this, we require an Insight and Data Manager that will support the organisation to;

  • Develop, in collaboration with the senior management team, an insight and data strategy that clearly highlights the areas of work, research and insight we will be looking to gain over the coming years
  • Develop a range of reports, dashboards and research projects that identify the needs within the sector and create evidence of the impact, both qualitative and quantitative, on the community we support and the contract we hold.
  • Support the creation and development of internal CRM and data management systems to ensure the right data is being captured, processed and analysed in a timely manner.
  • Work with colleagues to present the findings and information in a way that is clear and simple to understand and enables internal and external colleagues to act on the insight and trends identified.

LCVS is an infrastructure organisation, and this role will work with a range of internal and external partners to increase the level of primary and secondary data and insight that can be used to influence ways of working, evidence need and shape future strategic direction.

You must be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-moving environment. You will be required to provide a flexible approach to developments as the system changes and new pressures are put on the organisation that will require additional support.
