Charities are being offered the opportunity to learn more about how they can use technology and digital services to help the people they serve.
Following a series of similar events last year, the Centre for Acceleration of Social Technology (CAST) is again taking its free half-day Design Hop workshops on the road across the country.
The first event for Lincolnshire will be at The Venue, Navenby, on Tuesday, March 26, from 12.30pm to 4.30pm.
Design Hops offer a practical introduction to the key concepts of “tech for good” and digital developments for charities.
It is the first step for organisations looking to explore the role of digital in their services, giving them the confidence, motivation and focus to take the next steps.
Attendees will gain:
- An accessible introduction to tech and digital design processes
- A chance to unpack a key organisational challenge and identify how digital might help
- Connections to peers, experts and funders
- Tangible next steps you can take to make progress, including follow-up support from CAST and its partners.
Anyone interested in attending is invited to sign up at bit.ly/CASTDesignHops or find more info at https://wearecast.org.uk/for-nonprofits/design-hops. Bookings close mid-February.
