An invitation to attend a concert has gone out to senior citizens.
Spalding and Welland Rotary Club have invited groups and organisations for older people to its annual event, which is back for 2020 after cancellation in 2019 due to the sudden death of its organiser.
This year’s concert, which will be held at the South Holland Centre, Spalding, on Tuesday, March 3, from 7pm will be produced and presented by magician Tracie Hughes and his partner Jenny.
The concert is free, but Rotarian John Ralph has asked that those who wish to make block bookings contact him by January 28 to ensure groups members can be seated together.
Mr Ralph has also requested that he is informed if anyone wishing to attend has particular requirements such as wheelchair access, so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Mr Ralph said: “We would very much like senior citizens groups to join us for what is always a very enjoyable evening of variety entertainment and we will shortly be forwarding a leaflet showing the acts that will be involved.”
Unfortunately, the Rotary club is unable to arrange transport, so it will be up to groups or individuals to arrange travel to and from the venue.
To book places or obtain more information please contact Rtn John Ralph on 01775 840245 or 07484 654282. Alternatively, email email@example.com.
