The start of 2021 may find us still battling with the challenges of embracing a more digital world but we are also discovering its opportunities: being more inclusive, making efficiencies and reaching new audiences.
Given that over 50% of charities still do not have a digital strategy and even more rate their board’s digital skills as low*, the aim of this forum is to present some practical steps that can be taken to identify how digital skills and services can help your organisation achieve its aims in the post-pandemic landscape.
Information sharing will cover:
- Identifying the challenges and barriers
- Digital journeys for charities
- Managing volunteers and supporters virtually
- Funding opportunities for digital development
The programme will be delivered via Zoom and will combine presentations with opportunities for group discussions and refreshment breaks. This will give attendees an opportunity to share their own experiences to support and learn from other groups.
Who should attend?
The event is open to staff and volunteers of charities, community groups and voluntary sector organisations in Lincolnshire.
Please reserve your place via Evenbrite and a Zoom invitation will be emailed to you the day before the event.
