Do you have an idea that could help older and disabled people?
Do you need help to turn your idea into an enterprise or small community venture?
Do you want to be your own boss and work on a self-employed basis, offering care and support?
Are you already helping people in the community, and would you like to do more?
Hi, my name's Anna Wilson, I'm the local Community Enterprise Development Officer for Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service. I have worked in the third sector for almost a decade and have mainly worked the coastal area. Through my years of experience I have worked in the care sector (including older adults, learning disabilities and mental health) and developed a network of professional contacts; I am equipped to support you on your journey, working in partnership with Community Catalysts to help understanding of Care Quality Commission regulations.
This is an 18-month project to support people in the area to become self-employed and run a small business; gaining the skills and knowledge to support those in the local area around care and support. You don't need to have any care or business experience to benefit from this project.
